Roman Reigns and The Rock are not blood-related, but they are related by the Anoa’i family. The Rock’s grandfather, “High Chief” Peter Maivia, was blood brothers with Roman Reigns’ great-grandfather, “Reverend” Amituana’i Anoa’i. This makes The Rock and Roman Reigns “cousins” by Samoan tradition.
